A 3-night non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Stays of less than 3 nights will require full payment at the time of booking. If you would like to make a reservation, kindly contact us with your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express information. (Please do not send credit card information by email.)
Bookings may be canceled within 12 hours without penalty.
We have a 4-week written cancellation policy without penalty ( 8 weeks for bookings over Christmas/Spring Break/Easter).
Reservation cancelled within that period are refundable, less a $85 booking fee. Cancellations made outside that time period will forfeit the the 3-night deposit.
Our rooms are all NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted on the verandahs.
Our Rooms
Our rooms are designed for a maximum of 2 people. Hibiscus is the only exception, accommodating a maximum of 4 people only.
Additional information:
Rollaway beds are available for some rooms at a rate of $25 per night for children under 17 years of age and $50 per night for persons 17 years -adult. One child under 10 years of age is permitted to share a bed with parents. Port-a-cribs are available for children 3 and under. There is a charge of $50 per extra person over the age of 3 sharing room and a charge of $30 per child under the age of 3 sharing room.
